Asus Zenbook 3: Unboxing, hands on review, gallery and detail shots

Asus Ultraportable is pretty darned gorgeous. It's also available in Pink or ins a (boring) Quartz Grey.
The box makes it feel like an expensive gift.
The first view.
Unboxed. The power supply has an interchangeable plug adapter. There's a smal USB-C dongle to add HDMI connectivity (along with a USB-A and another USB-C connector). There's also a slick, leather sleeve for the laptop.
The all-important front badge is golden.
The underside. In there is 8GB RAM and up to 512GB SSD-based storage. There's also a 2.5 or 2.7GHz Intel Core ix U-series processor.
Total weight of this 12.5-inch laptop - 910g.
The fingerprint reader is built into the top of the trackpad.
A single USB-C port is all you get. A dongle has a HDMI port, USB-C and USB-A ports.
A headset jack and that's your lot. But it is only 12mm thick.
Looks good and should hopefully sound good with four Harmon Kardon speakers. Check back for our full review.
