A sneak peek at four new Sony Ericsson mobile phones

Sony Ericsson announced four new phones during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

  • Taking centre stage at the press conference was Sony Ericsson's Idou, the company's new high-end touch-screen mobile. It sports a massive 12.1Mp camera and a 3.5in touch screen. The phone's complete specs have not been revealed.

  • One of two handsets released quietly just before the Mobile World Congress, the Sony Ericsson C903 Cyber-shot mobile phone offers Active GPS and a 5-megapixel (Mp) camera with autofocus. The C903 Cyber-shot should be able to take some good photos, and it will let you share them on a TV.

  • A low-end music phone, the Sony Ericsson W395 Walkman was the second model quietly announced by Sony Ericsson last week. The phone comes bundled with a 1GB MemoryStick Micro to store music on.

  • Announced at a press conference during the Mobile World Congress, the Sony Ericsson W995 Walkman is the company's latest premium music phone. The phone has an 8.1MP camera, complete with autofocus and a 16x digital zoom. Also included is Sony Ericsson's new Media Go capability, allowing you to easy transfer music, videos and photos between the phone and a computer.
