Huawei Watch 2: Full, in-depth review

The Huawei Watch is a slick, second-generation device that irons out the kinks of the past, emerging from the chrysalis of iteration as the fully-fledged smartwatch it always could have been, given patience.

In terms of battery life, the Huawei Watch 2 definitely feels like it ranks pretty competitively. We found it could last well into a second day of use - but sometimes only just. That said, your mileage is probably going to vary a little. Especially, if you opt for the non-cellular version of the watch or rely more on the fitness tracking features.
There’s also a special watch mode that can displays just the time and track steps, which Huawei say bumps the battery life up to about three weeks of use. However, to be honest, handicapping the device in this way really does seem like a waste of $599.
It charges pretty fast (about an hour or so for 100%). Still, there’s always room for improvement.
The Bottom Line
Huawei Watch 2 is a smartwatch which, like most smartwatches, is great at one or two things but still struggles to make a holistic case for itself. Despite making the leap to cellular, it’s clear that that leap hasn’t come without a few compromises. It’s still surely the best manifestation of Android Wear 2.0 out there, but the small screen and water-resistant shortcomings make it a tricky sell - especially given that we’re now heading into summer.
There are better options out there if you’re in it for the fitness tracking but if you’re looking for the Apple of Android smartwatches, look no further.

This smart laptop was enjoyable to use and great to work on – creating content was super simple.
It really doesn’t get more “gaming laptop” than this.
As the Maserati or BMW of laptops, it would fit perfectly in the hands of a professional needing firepower under the hood, sophistication and class on the surface, and gaming prowess (sports mode if you will) in between.
