Vault Leverages Dynatrace to Deliver Seamless Customer Experience Through its Secure Cloud Ecosystem
24 October, 2018 -- SYDNEY, Australia – Vault, the ASD certified secure, sovereign community cloud for government and critical infrastructure announced that it is leveraging Dynatrace’s software intelligence platform to enhance government service excellence and meet the challenges of the secure government and critical infrastructure cloud environment. The announcement was made during Dynatrace’s premier customer and partner conference, Perform Canberra 2018, on 23 October 2018.
Vault customers now have the option of deploying Dynatrace® within specific projects stored on Vault’s ‘Protected’ cloud architecture. Customers who implement Dynatrace will be able to auto-discover and monitor all the components and dependencies of their IT stack running within Vault’s secure cloud ecosystem. The AI capabilities in Dynatrace enable it to serve-up precise and actionable root cause analysis of potential issues across the technical environment. This allows government agencies using Vault’s cloud to automate cloud operations and proactively resolve performance problems before users are impacted.
Dynatrace’s deep configuration management database (CMDB) integration capabilities also create a continuously updated, real-time service map of the entire IT architecture topology. This will be invaluable in enabling government IT teams to overcome the complexities of modern cloud ecosystems, by automating the detection of IT service components and dependencies. As a result, they can maintain the CMDB in real-time, with far greater simplicity, accuracy and richer detail than can be achieved with traditional approaches.
“As more government services transition from legacy platforms onto cloud platforms, it is vital for citizen information to be stored on an ASD certified community cloud that can safeguard data while prioritising privacy, security and sovereignty at all times. In addition, the service quality Australian citizens have while interacting with government services should mirror those of their favourite consumer services,” said Vault Founder and CEO, Rupert Taylor-Price.
Martyn Beal, Government Territory Manager ANZ at Dynatrace agreed that as more government agencies roll out services in a manner that is convenient and secure, they need to have visibility of any red flags.
“Successful businesses today understand the importance and value of having applications and software that work perfectly. It is critical that any business that provides an online service can deliver flawless user-experiences and the same can be said for the Australian Federal Government’s digital platforms,” said Beal. “If citizens have issues using government websites, they’ll stop using them, ultimately hindering the government’s push to embrace digital platforms. By leveraging the AI within Dynatrace and the ‘Protected’ Vault cloud, we can now offer a secure government cloud while providing a platform that ensures the type of seamless experience that today’s citizens expect.”

It really doesn’t get more “gaming laptop” than this.
As the Maserati or BMW of laptops, it would fit perfectly in the hands of a professional needing firepower under the hood, sophistication and class on the surface, and gaming prowess (sports mode if you will) in between.
