An excellent contract is available for an experienced QA Practice Lead.

Adelaide

An exciting contract opportunity exists for an experienced QA Professional who is capable of leading and developing the testing capabilities within this Employer of Choice.

You will be responsible for the Test Centre of Excellence including -

  • Determining the strategic direction of test frameworks, policies and procedures
  • Progress reporting and metrics
  • Test automation principles

You will be able to operate with a high level of autonomy so your judgement must be impeccable.

This is a leadership role and will allow you to drive innovation and lead change.

You will need to have the ability and experience to -
  • Lead the Quality Assurance Practice
  • Be accountable for the management of teams
  • Be accountable for ensuring testing and quality assurance skill sets meet current demand and align with the overall strategy
  • Be responsible for the provision of test governance, processes and frameworks
  • Mentor all staff
