Bring your background in proven experience providing outstanding technical support to clients within the eCommerce or Payments industry.

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations you will provide Level 2 technical support to internal and external customers.

Key Duties

  • Log issues and follow phone or email escalation requests
  • Administration of client on boarding
  • Profile configuration and reporting
  • Second level technical support to the level one support team
  • Manage escalated technical incidents
  • Record and track tickets within the CRM system
  • Escalate tickets as required to the Engineering team
  • Prepare and distribute communications with customers, partners and services providers
  • Daily, weekly and monthly administration tasks

Required Experience:
  • Proven experience in a Technical Service Desk position
  • Prior experience supporting eCommerce/payments industry products and services
  • An understanding of web programming languages
  • Prior knowledge of IP networking
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM and Microsoft Office applications

You will need to bring with you to this role your drive to learn and a strong problem solving attitude as well as a high level of verbal and written communication skills.
