We are representing one of Australia's leading financial services organizations with a fantastic reputation for their dynamic and innovative team culture.

You will work closely with the Program Director to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, budgets for projects. Other various coordinating tasks; schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Status reporting and other comms
  • General administration and meeting scheduling etc.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
  • Help prepare budgets
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Issue all appropriate paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Hiring and onboarding activities

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
  • Minimum 3+ years Project Coordination experience within large organisations
  • Banking/Financial Services background is highly regarded
  • Experience in working on complex business environments
  • Good experience in PowerPoint, Excel & SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
