An exciting new contract opportunity for an experienced Linux Engineer with experience working in a DevOps environment

You will be working in a great team environment, providing exceptional service within an Agile and DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implementation within a Linux, enterprise environment
  • Use your project experience to support teams to deliver infrastructure designs
  • Work across the SDLC to ensure efficient design and testing of the infrastructure environment
  • Provide maintenance and support services for mission critical projects
  • Play a key part in driving forward continuous delivery and DevOps practices
  • Deliver automated, streamline processes
  • Work with junior team members to provide coaching and guidance
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Linux environments
  • RHCSA or RHCSE accredited
  • Linux and Windows interoperability
  • Experienced with Red Hat v6 or v7
  • Experienced with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Exchange, Citrix, VMWare, SCCM/SCOM
  • Knowledge or experience with Ansible, Chef or Docker

I've had a multifunction printer in the office going on 10 years now. It was a neat bit of kit back in the day -- print, copy, scan, fax -- when printing over WiFi felt a bit like magic. It’s seen better days though and an upgrade’s well overdue. This HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 looks like it ticks all the same boxes: print, copy, scan, and fax. (Really? Does anyone fax anything any more? I guess it's good to know the facility’s there, just in case.) Printing over WiFi is more-or- less standard these days.
