An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Analyst to join a leading Sydney CBD based bank


A leading Financial giant is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to assist with reviewing their existing customer on-boarding, sales processes and conversations, identifying gaps and areas for improvements from a customer, branch and compliance perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and put in place monitoring of existing processes and systems to support the removal of GA and changes to record keeping requirements
  • Assessment of control effectiveness of existing controls to be carried out
  • Determine if any additional interim controls are required
  • Identify the preventative controls that they can build into the new system. This may help reduce / stream line some of the current monitoring
  • Clarify and translate business requirements into documented solution designs

To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum 5 - 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst within insurance or banking/financial services industry domains
  • Strong end-to-end BA skills & mix between IT/Stakeholder skills needed
  • Strong experience of branch, digital and electronic banking
  • Outstanding Stakeholder management ability and customer work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You must be adaptable to change & have good listening skills
  • You must genuinely enjoy the role of a BA
