This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading and growing consultancy with national and international opportunities. This Business Development Manager position has emerged due to growth within the organisation.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience providing Workforce Solutions in IS&T environment is mandatory
  • Proven experience selling SOW's (non-outcome based)
  • Strong understanding of IT industry including Digital Transformation, Project Services, Security, Cloud etc.
  • Previous experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
  • Hands on knowledge of process management methodology specifically related to services and sales
  • Strong desire to achieve successful delivery outcomes
  • Ability to identify opportunities to increase revenue growth
  • Implement plans to realise actual income
  • High level communication skills in liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Proven experience engaging with C-level executives
  • Prior consulting experience in New Zealand with an existing network
  • Proactive problem solving skills with a strong ability to provide people solutions
Key Duties:
  • Work with and identify growth opportunities within an established client base
  • Structure value propositions to support sales outcomes
  • Build and execute territory plans aligned to a defined services and product portfolio
  • Identify new business opportunities within the NZ market
  • Management of key client relationships
  • Network with internal and external contacts
  • Identify Resource Planning Solutions for existing and new clients
  • Cross-sell opportunities across the global organisation

Suitable candidates should possess extensive comparable experience working within large consulting organisations. You will need to be able to balance your Technical and Consulting experience to provide mutually beneficial solutions for both the company and client. You will be pragmatic, people focused and highly innovative.
