This organisation has over 27,000 employees across the world and are a market leader across engineering and design consulting.

They require an individual with excellent communication skills to provide 2nd level support to their internal employees. There is a separate Level 1 team, so this role will act as the escalation point.

Key Accountabilities:


    • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing hardware/software issues.

    • Providing telephone and remote support to clients.

    • Running up equipment as required.

    • Providing pro-active support (both remote and on site) to clients via monitoring and helpdesk systems.

    • Manage PC fleet including processing lease returns

    • Maintaining assets in asset tracking system, as well as appropriate replacement stock levels

    • Configuration, installing and updating of applications



    Required Skills:


    • 2+ years experience in a IT Support role within a large, busy environment

    • Experience in supporting Office 365

    • Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Windows

    • Troubleshooting skills for basic to medium networking and software issues

    • Experience providing face-to-face support within a corporate environment

    • Proficient with phone support, call-logging tools, remote access etc.
