Leaked OnePlus 6T box appears to confirm in-display fingerprint sensor

The OnePlus 6T appears to have an in-display fingerprint scanner if the images from the latest leak are to be believed.

A wild OnePlus 6T box appeared! If this is the legitimate packaging for the phone, which is still very much in question, it confirms some major features for the phone that have only been speculated thus far.

Be sure to check our OnePlus 6T Rumour article for all the latest information surrounding the phone suggested bo be the 2019 'flagship killer'.

The leak originated from Weibo and as mentioned earlier should be taken with a grain of salt. The pictures that accompany the leak show the design for the packaging of the OnePlus 6T, with the picture of the inside of the box showing off a much-speculated feature. The fingerprint Icon at the bottom of the diagram suggests that, as speculated, the OnePlus 6T will be the first OnePlus to feature an in-displayer fingerprint scanner.

We can also see a “waterdrop” notch at the top of the device which would be the first time this has been seen on a OnePlus phone. This was seen on the OPPO R17 design which tends to be the main source of inspiration for future OnePlus features, so we’re not super surprised but it’s interesting regardless.

I need power and lots of it. As a Front End Web developer anything less just won’t cut it which is why the MSI GT75 is an outstanding laptop for me. It’s a sleek and futuristic looking, high quality, beast that has a touch of sci-fi flare about it.
