Latest Spartan sports watches hit the scene

Suunto has launched the newest addition to the Spartan family of sports watches with the Spartan Trainer Wrist HR. The slim and lightweight multisport GPS watch is made for the active sports enthusiast.

The Spartan trainer is considerably smaller than the previous models, yet still delivers great, versatile training features including daily activity tracking, and heart rate measurement by the best-in-class biometrics supplier Valencell.  In addition, the Spartan Trainer can also be used with compatible chest heart rate sensors such as the optional Suunto Smart Sensor.

The watch has clear, easy to follow colour graphs that provide 24/7 feedback and summaries, while daily targets for steps and calories help you stay active and fit. It uses GPS to measure speed, pace, distance and altitude. With 80 sport modes pre-installed, the watch has sport-specific displays for running, cycling and swimming that show relevant, real time information.

True to Suunto’s outdoor and adventure heritage, the Spartan Trainer comes with GPS route navigation, making it easier to discover new routes and places – and always find the way back home. With the Spartan Trainer, Suunto encourages everyone to explore their environment.

This compact watch weighs only 56 grams and is water resistant to 50 metres. It has 10 hours of battery life to provide you with plenty of training time, and up to 30 hours with power saving options.  The Spartan Trainer can be used as a day-to-day timepiece with activity tracking for up to fourteen days before needing a recharge.

The Suunto Spartan Trainer Wrist HR comes in five distinctive models; Gold and Steel boast an elegant, urban feel, while Ocean, Blue and Black offer a fresh, sporty look.

The Suunto Spartan Trainer Wrist HR will be available nationally from August 31st 2017 for $399.99, or $449.99 for metal bezel variants.

It really doesn’t get more “gaming laptop” than this.

Jack Jeffries

MSI GS75

As the Maserati or BMW of laptops, it would fit perfectly in the hands of a professional needing firepower under the hood, sophistication and class on the surface, and gaming prowess (sports mode if you will) in between.

Taylor Carr

MSI PS63

The MSI PS63 is an amazing laptop and I would definitely consider buying one in the future.
