Telstra, Vodafone pick up budget Nokia Lumia 1320

While Vodafone has the cheaper plan, Telstra will sell it outright for less

Nokia’s budget phablet, the Lumia 1320, is being sold in Australia through both Telstra and Vodafone, although the latter offers a significantly cheaper base plan.

The Lumia 1320 is Nokia’s second phablet, and the little brother of Nokia’s flagship Lumia 1520. It has a 6-inch screen with a 1280x720 resolution. The hefty, 220g smartphone is powered by a dual-core, 1.7GHz CPU, and has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage (expandable by up to an additional 64GB via a microSD card slot).

Telstra’s cheapest consumer contract for the Lumia 1320 is its $60 Every Day Connect plan which lasts for 24 months, and requires no handset repayments. The telco also has it available on its $60 Business Performance plan with the same conditions and charges.

Vodafone is slicing this in half by offering the device on its $30 plan, which includes $5 monthly handset repayments.

Both carriers are also selling the device outright, but Telstra is the cheaper option here, pricing it at $408 compared to Vodafone’s $449 RRP.

MSI GS75

As the Maserati or BMW of laptops, it would fit perfectly in the hands of a professional needing firepower under the hood, sophistication and class on the surface, and gaming prowess (sports mode if you will) in between.
