iPad 2 Australian pricing leaked?

Australian iPad 2 pricing leaked: Set for launch at 5pm, Friday 25 March?

A post on Australian technology forum Whirlpool has possibly revealed iPad 2 pricing details.

Read our comprehensive iPad review and our iPad 2 preview.

Initially reported by Nick Broughall over at Gizmodo, the user Brown2Hornet included specific model numbers of all iPad 2 devices and accessories, including the range of smart covers and the digital AV adapter that allows the iPad to hook up to a television using a HDMI connection. Although the post can't be confirmed, it looks pretty legitimate to us.

"Here's the pricing. Don't ask where I got this because I'm unable to reveal. Launch will be this Friday from 5PM (same time as US launch)," he said in the post. "Prices include GST. Launch is 5pm local time (regardless of timezone) for retail stores and resellers. Not sure when online store will start taking orders. Red covers will be sold online only."

It’s perfect for mobile workers. Just take it out — it’s small enough to sit anywhere — turn it on, load a sheet of paper, and start printing.

A smarter way to print for busy small business owners, combining speedy printing with scanning and copying, making it easier to produce high quality documents and images at a touch of a button.

I've had a multifunction printer in the office going on 10 years now. It was a neat bit of kit back in the day -- print, copy, scan, fax -- when printing over WiFi felt a bit like magic. It’s seen better days though and an upgrade’s well overdue. This HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 looks like it ticks all the same boxes: print, copy, scan, and fax. (Really? Does anyone fax anything any more? I guess it's good to know the facility’s there, just in case.) Printing over WiFi is more-or- less standard these days.
