HTC-related leaks are coming quick and fast at the moment. First we were fed the apparent specs of HTC's Desire HD smartphone, otherwise known as the HTC Ace. A day later the tech world was abuzz with the release of an alleged hands-on video of the Desire HD. Now, another video posted on YouTube allegedly shows the HTC Schubert, a device that is likely to be the first HTC smartphone to run the new Windows Phone 7 operating system.
First posted on Spanish Web site 247windowsphone, the video even gives a small peek at the Windows Phone 7 lock and home screens. Only a small amount of footage has been uploaded, but first glimpses are positive, with smooth scrolling and crisp, clear graphics displayed.
There is no word on a release date or any announcement from HTC as yet, but the first Windows Phone 7 devices are expected on the shelves by Christmas.
