RIM's BlackBerry Storm2 is the second touchscreen BlackBerry smartphone to launch in Australia.

RIM's second touch screen BlackBerry smartphone, the BlackBerry Storm2, will land down under this week on the Vodafone and 3 networks.

A replacement for the ill-received original BlackBerry Storm 9500, the BlackBerry Storm2 boasts improved software, an upgraded display and an improved user experience.

The BlackBerry Storm2 smartphone is HSDPA-capable and includes built-in GPS. It also comes with Wi-Fi, which was a puzzling omission on the original Storm, and Bluetooth connectivity.

Other features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, a microSD card slot for extra storage and a 3.2-megapixel camera with flash. The Storm2 runs the latest version of the BlackBerry operating system, 5.0.

The BlackBerry Storm2 will be available on Vodafone and 3's new $69 cap, one of the many new caps unveiled yesterday by VHA. Vodafone's cap includes unlimited Vodafone-to-Vodafone calls, $450 worth of calls and messages and 500MB of data and unlimited BlackBerry Email and Internet. 3's $69 cap offers unlimited 3-to-3 calls, $450 worth of calls and text, 100MB of data and unlimited BlackBerry e-mail and Internet.

RIM will be taking us through the Storm2 today, but in the meantime you can check out our full review of the BlackBerry Storm2 smartphone.

Microsoft Office 365/Dell XPS 15 2-in-1

I’d recommend a Dell XPS 15 2-in-1 and the new Windows 10 to anyone who needs to get serious work done (before you kick back on your couch with your favourite Netflix show.)

Brother PT-P750W

It’s useful for office tasks as well as pragmatic labelling of equipment and storage – just don’t get too excited and label everything in sight!

The Brother MFC-L8900CDW is an absolute stand out. I struggle to fault it.

MSI GT75 TITAN

I need power and lots of it. As a Front End Web developer anything less just won’t cut it which is why the MSI GT75 is an outstanding laptop for me. It’s a sleek and futuristic looking, high quality, beast that has a touch of sci-fi flare about it.

MSI GS65 Stealth Thin

If you can afford the price tag, it is well worth the money. It out performs any other laptop I have tried for gaming, and the transportable design and incredible display also make it ideal for work.
