<p>NETAPP AUSTRALIA LEADS STORAGE MARKET IN Q3 FOR CAPACITY</p>
<p>Analyst figures reinforce strength of local market strategy</p>
<p>Sydney, AUSTRALIA – 18 January 2010 — According to the IDC Asia/Pacific Quarterly Disk Storage Systems Tracker for Q3 2009, NetApp Australia led the local open systems networked storage market (1) in terms of capacity sold, with 23.8% share of the market.</p>
<p>In addition, NetApp’s 17.5% revenue share for this market provides 18.2% sequential growth (Q3’09 over Q2’09) – the highest sequential growth rate among the top five vendors in the local market.</p>
<p>NetApp is positioned in the number one position in the network-attached storage market, with 51.2% revenue share, which is 19.4% sequential growth.</p>
<p>In the iSCSi market, NetApp holds 31.8% revenue share, which is 19.4% sequential growth.</p>
