Zepto Computers release their Penryn processor update

  • 04 January, 2008 20:52

<p>January 2008</p>
<p>Zepto Computers of Denmark launch Intel’s Penryn platform in their performance notebook range</p>
<p>Starting today, Zepto’s customers are able to select the new Penryn processors when ordering Zepto performance notebooks.</p>
<p>Penryn processors promise higher performance, but combined with lower temperatures and significantly longer battery life.</p>
<p>As Europe’s largest local manufacturer of notebook computers, Zepto has once again succeeded in spearheading the newest technology for notebooks; this time the Intel Penryn processor family, which can be bought on Zepto’s Websites as of today.</p>
<p>Four new processors are available, the 2.1GHz Intel C2 Duo, T8100, 800MHz, and the 2.4GHz T8300, both with 3MB cache, and the 2.5GHz T9300, 800MHz, and the 2.6GHz T9500, both with 6MB cache.</p>
<p>“Our effective ‘built-to-order’ concept means that our customers are time after time the first to experience the latest technology for notebooks. The time that passes from the launch of new technology, to us offering it for our notebook range is often no more than a few days”, explains Nils Jensen, Managing Director of Zepto Australia.</p>
<p>Zepto expects that the launch of the new, high performance range will inspire even more professional users to switch from desktop computers to notebooks.</p>
<p>“These new processors are another significant step for notebook computers to enter the high performance professional segment. Notebooks today can handle even the most demanding programs , and with increased battery life they are pushing harder as desktop replacements”, Nils continues.</p>

It’s easy to set up, it’s compact and quiet when printing and to top if off, the print quality is excellent. This is hands down the best printer I’ve used for printing labels.

The print quality also does not disappoint, it’s clear, bold, doesn’t smudge and the text is perfectly sized.

The Huddle Board’s built in program; Sharp Touch Viewing software allows us to easily manipulate and edit our documents (jpegs and PDFs) all at the same time on the dashboard.

The biggest perks for me would be that it comes with easy to use and comprehensive programs that make the collaboration process a whole lot more intuitive and organic
