PatchLink Achieves Record-Setting Quarter; Sets Momentum for Growth and Strong 2007 Outlook

<p><b>Global Leader Posts Record Earnings for the First Quarter with 49 Percent Growth and Continued Success Expanding Customer Base</b></p>
<p>PatchLink Corporation, the global leader in security and vulnerability management solutions, today reported a record setting first quarter, with the highest quarterly bookings in the company’s history. PatchLink credits much of its rapid growth to the expansion of its customer base worldwide with a bookings increase of 49 percent year over year. The company’s total installed base has increased by approximately 24 percent in the past twelve months.</p>

<p>Mike Wittig, president and chief technology officer at PatchLink stated: “PatchLink continues to out-pace industry expectations by developing our portfolio, evidenced by our recent acquisition of STAT Scanner and STAT Enterprise Console. In an effort to maintain our market leadership, we will continue to fortify our products to help enterprises effectively mitigate risk, manage their profile, gain enterprise visibility and ultimately better manage and control their IT assets through a centralised management console.”</p>
<p><b>Award-Winning Products &amp; Excellence in Service Drive Global Growth</b></p>
<p>As part of PatchLink’s ongoing commitment to delivering broader breadth of capabilities to meet customer security challenges, PatchLink launched several new products:</p>
<p>• PatchLink Vulnerability Management Solution (VMS) - industry’s first fully integrated solution that provides thorough assessment, the most accurate vulnerability remediation, ongoing monitoring and enforcement, and complete audit and compliance reporting.</p>
<p>• PatchLink Update 6.4 – Version 6.4 is a policy-oriented architecture that enables enterprises to effectively manage costs and valuable IT resources while protecting against emerging threats. New features include hierarchical nested grouping capabilities, directory service integration, improved license management, policy inheritance, easy-to-use homepage dashboard, and expanded platform support that includes Windows Vista.</p>
<p><b>Expands Global Capabilities, Customers and Partners</b></p>
<p>PatchLink continues to strengthen its global capabilities by opening new offices in Madrid, Spain and Mumbai, India to increase focus on tremendous growth and support emerging markets. In addition, the company increased its customer base by 24 percent over Q1 2007 across key verticals including financial services, government, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, etc. New customers include Larsen &amp; Toubro, Meralco, and Kingsway Financial Group, among others. Other milestones include:</p>
<p>• PatchLink continues to grow its installed customer base by adding a total of 340 customers in Q1 2007.</p>
<p>• PatchLink continues to expand its go-to market strategy through its OEM partners. The company added a total of two key OEM partners in the first quarter.</p>
<p>• PatchLink continues to strengthen its technology partnerships by aligning with industry leaders, such as Oracle, to support Unbreakable Linux Program.</p>
<p><b>Milestones &amp; Industry Accolades</b></p>
<p>PatchLink achieved the Common Criteria Certification with the acquisition of the Harris STAT Guardian Suite, the first in the industry to receive the EAL2+ certification. The certification is a rigorous international standard for information technology evaluation and is recognised as a critical requirement by a growing international community, and is now available to PatchLink customers when they purchase VMS. This move demonstrates leadership and commitment to providing highly secure solutions to the federal government.</p>
