The New 4-in-1 DCP-130C combines the latest Colour Inkjet Technology with built-in Digital Camera Memory Card Reader and PictBridge.

Sydney, 2006. Brother International Australia, a leading manufacturer of Multi-Function Centres, today introduces the DCP-130C. This versatile Multi-Function Printer features a colour inkjet printer, copier, scanner, and PhotoCapture Centre®. This new low-profile machine includes many value-added functions perfect for the home user or home office. It begins October 2006 and will retail for $129*.

Key features include:
• Photo quality colour printing/copying/scanning
• Up to 6000 x 1200 dpi print resolution
• Up to 25ppm mono print speed
• Up to 20ppm colour print speed
• Direct Photo Printing
• Borderless printing
• 16MB memory
• 4 separate ink cartridges
• 1 line x 16 character LCD display with backlight for a easy to navigate interface

Fast Print Speeds
Among the fastest in their class with a print speed of up to 25ppm black / 20ppm colour.

Professional Looking Documents and Photo Printing
The DCP-130C has been fitted with a new print head technology with advanced ability to produce ink droplets as small as 1.5 picolitres and print resolutions up to 6000 x 1200 dots per inch (dpi). This means that a sharp, vibrant print quality is produced every time with far less graininess than other products on the market. The new print head also means a faster print job and accurate borderless printing without the soft edges.

Direct Photo Printing
Conveniently located on the front panel of the machine, the PhotoCapture Centre® enables users to easily print vibrant colour photos with or without a computer. This feature is compatible with all major Media Cards and includes a PictBridge interface.

Capillary Tube printing technology
Instead of having the cartridges built on top of the print head. Brother's capillary tube printing technology provides ink from the four separate cartridges direct to the print head via tubes.

Front loading separate ink cartridges
The DPC-130C has been engineered to provide a slew of value-added features in one small, stylish package. Including front access for easy and quicker cartridge change, the DCP-130C uses 4 separate inks so that you only have to replace the colour that runs out, lowering the TCO. These features also make the DCP-130C a lower profile machine with quieter operation with lower power consumption.

Innobella TM Ink and Photo Papers
All of the new Brother Colour MFC’s will use Brother’s new lineup of Innobella™ ink cartridges and photo papers. When used with our new print engine, the “Innobella” ink and paper enables and empowers consumers to accurately reproduce beautiful, vibrant, radiant color prints; while simultaneously enhancing image permanence and longevity.
