Exinda Expands Distribution Channel to Meet High Demand for Integrated
Network Management, WAN Optimization & Application Acceleration Solutions

September 12, 2006: Melbourne: Exinda Networks, the leading provider of integrated network management, wide-area-network (WAN) optimization and application acceleration solutions, has announced that Michael Grace has been appointed to vice president of international business development. Grace will be responsible for growing Exinda’s global marketing and sales programs and distribution channel throughout Europe, as well as expanding strategic relationships.

Grace has 25 years of experience in the information technology (IT) and telecommunications industry. He has spent nearly a decade launching IT security companies and emerging technologies in European and Australian markets. He brings to Exinda a wealth of knowledge in international distribution development, IT systems integration, rapid growth technology market expansion, IT managed services models and creative marketing.

Grace has a proven track record for initiating and finalizing fruitful contractual relationships between vendors and distributors in establishing new markets and creating market share growth.

While at Network Box Australia, a managed network security services company, he established its national sales and channel model and reseller marketing program. Prior to that, he was the founding regional director of Fortinet in Europe, taking revenues to over $1 million (US Dollars) per quarter in the first six months and establishing 10 markets. As regional director for Netscreen in Australia and New Zealand, Grace achieved 300 percent growth in the number of channel partners and revenues while the IT market experienced an overall downturn.

In his three years as regional manager and regional vice president for WatchGuard in Europe, Grace generated 25 percent of the company’s revenues, established and managed relationships with 46 distributors, and achieved revenue growth of 40 percent per quarter to $5 million (US Dollars) quarterly in the initial 30-month period. He also served as regional vice president for sales for WatchGuard in Europe. In his early career, Grace built the enterprise and channel sales teams for Access One and iPrimus (now known as HotKey) in Australia.

“The demand for quality network management, WAN optimization and application acceleration solutions is growing significantly in Europe, the United Stated and Asia Pacific,” said Con Nikolouzakis, Exinda’s executive director. “With Michael’s vast experience and knowledge, we anticipate rapid growth in our international distribution channel and global strategic relationships. Michael’s forte for adding and driving key partnerships is just what Exinda needs to achieve our growth potential.”

It’s easy to set up, it’s compact and quiet when printing and to top if off, the print quality is excellent. This is hands down the best printer I’ve used for printing labels.
