Bring back the Windows Experience Index Solution: I’ve found at least one program that claims to calculate and show the WEI in Windows 8.1, but I couldn’t get it to work. So, until somebody sticks a graphical front end onto the numbers, you’ll have to run it manually. That’s easy.

winsat formal

When the command finishes, use File Explorer to navigate to C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore.
