In Pictures: iPhone 5 - the details in photos

Apple iPhone 5 is longer and thinner, more powerful, and boasts LTE

Battery life

Despite the more powerful CPU, LTE and bigger screen, iPhone 5 actually improves battery life compared to the 4S model, according to Apple. 3G talktime is the same for iPhone 5 and 4S at 8 hours; standby time for the new phone is 225 hours, versus 200 for 4S. Internet use on iPhone 5 is 8 hours on 3G and on LTE, and 10 hours on Wi-Fi. For iPhone 4S: 6 hours on 3G, 9 on Wi-Fi.

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
