We give Panasonic's compact Micro Four Thirds LUMIX DMC-GX1 camera a brief test run in Sydney

The Panasonic LUMIX DMC-GX1 is a Micro Four Thirds interchangeable lens camera with a relatively compact body that's designed for enthusiasts. It features a 16-megapixel Live MOS censor, ISO capability up to 12800, Full HD video recording and a touchscreen LCD. A burst mode speed of 4.2 shots per second makes it quite fast and its shot-to-shot performance was quite zippy in our brief hands-on session.
