The Samsung UA46B6000VF is allegedly the slimmest LED-backlit LCD televisions in the world. That's definitely a bold claim, but it isn't its only attractive feature: the 46in model in Samsung's LED TV Series 6 range has a Full HD resolution as well a 100Hz refresh rate for fluid motion. Although it's a step down from the Series 7 LED-backlit televisions, there's plenty to like about both the picture quality and the price. Samsung quotes a recommended retail price of $3799, but JB Hi-Fi has discounted this to $2961 if you order online before 1 March. Order from The Electric Discounter and you can get it even cheaper, for $2645; that's a saving of $1304!
