In pictures: Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2 smartphone

Sony Ericsson's hotly anticipated follow up to the XPERIA X1 smartphone will launch in Australia later this year. Let's take a look at what this touch-screen mobile phone has to offer!

The Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2 has an 8.1-megapixel camera with single LED flash. It also includes built-in GPS, Wi-Fi and HSDPA connectivity. Although no Australian carrier details or pricing has been announced, the XPERIA X2 will operate on the 850MHz 3G band in addition to the standard 900MHz and 2100MHz bands, meaning it will work on Telstra's Next G network.
