Are you in the market for a new Android phone? See what our expert reviewer's recommend with our editor's choice selections. These Android smartphones are a rank of the top 10 handsets based on personal selection by the PC World Australia editorial team.

Our August editor's choice list is headed by the excellent Samsung Galaxy S II, which scored a whopping 4.75/5 stars. This makes it the highest scoring Android phone currently available on the market. Its followed closely by HTC's flagship Sensation, which is exclusively sold through Telstra, and the popular HTC Desire HD, which is available at Vodafone.

Motorola Defy

Motorola deserves plenty of credit for producing an Android smartphone that's rugged but still has an attractive design. The Motorola Defy may not be the fastest Android smartphone on the market, but we recommend it for active users; it is also excellent value for money.
