LG TV reviews

All our LG 3D, LED and plasma TV reviews from 2010 in one place

LG makes 3D TVs, plasma TVs and LED TVs just like Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, and Sharp — except they're cheaper. LG has always been a budget brand but its televisions are packed full of features and high quality components, making them a great choice if you're strapped for cash.

LG 55LE7500

The LG 55LE7500 is a 55in edge-lit LED television that has a very glossy front panel. It looks excellent, but it is very reflective. This can prove annoying if you're watching in a room with a distinct light source. Couch potatoes will be pleased, though - LG's video-on-demand features are extensive and very well implemented.

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.
