Best upcoming tablets in 2011

The best tablets still to come in 2011, from the Sony Tablet S to the Huawei MediaPad

2011 has been a massive year for tablets, helped along by the debut of Apple's iPad 2. However despite the year fast approaching its end, there is still plenty of tablets to come in 2011: the most anticipated are Sony's late-arriving Tablet S and Tablet P duo, and Samsung's eagerly awaited Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 7.7.

Sony Tablet S

Sony has put a lot of work into the Tablet S and it definitely shows: its the most comfortable Android tablet to hold and use. It also bundles some exclusive, nifty apps that you won't find on any other tablet. We wish the screen was brighter, build quality better and software slicker, but the Tablet S remains a pretty good device on the whole.

I really don't understand why your beating up Android honeycomb as a "work in progress" when anyone with knowledge of the major mobile Os's know IT IS NOT A WORK IN PROGRESS. The operating system is stable and uses the market that is used on all other operating systems.

Could you please explain how Honeycomb is a "work in progress"?????

how can you say Android 3.0 honeycomb is a "work in progress" then say that the HTC Flyer is not as attractive because it does not feature Android 3.0?? also I would like to point out after a hands on with the Flyer, it really does not need 3.0, HTC did a very good job with polishing up 2.4 for tablet use.

Just bought 3 Samsung Tab 10.1's. I had the IPAD 2 and am happier with the Samsungs. The Samsung Galaxy S mobile is also incredible. Used to be gardcore IPAD but Droids got me hooked

I believe what you typed was very logical. However, what about this? suppose you added a little information? I am not suggesting your information is not solid., however suppose you added something that makes people want more? I mean Best upcoming tablets in 2011 - Roundup is kinda plain. You should peek at Yahoo's front page and note how they create post titles to get viewers to click. You might add a video or a related picture or two to grab people interested about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it would bring your website a little bit more interesting.

LIFEBOOK UH574

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
