Application issue not fixed since last 6 months - does not transfer data in personal computer or other device

TomTom multi-sport watch is crap and TomTom after sales service is worse.

I bought the watch on Dec 2013 and was working perfectly for few months and then started giving the error: "Activity Error. There was a problem uploading one or more activities.", I think after a software update. All of my .ttbin files are saving to my computer, but not uploading to my mysports / mapmyfitness accounts.

I was advised by TomTom to perform "Recovery Mode" , when "Recovery Mode" didn't solve the issue I was advised for "Factory Reset". It didn't solve the issue either but deleted all data history.

Then I asked for the refund, and TomTom asked me to provide Proof of purchase and other personal details. When I provided all the details hoping to receive refund for faulty watch, they changed their tone with reply as quoted below

"I wish we could exchange the watch as the issue is with the application and not with watch. Replacing watch will not make any difference. I understand your frustration. However, I would request you to please wait while our team is working to fix this issue with MySports connect application."

First I do not expect such irresponsible response from brand like "TomTom". They have agreed application issue with watch which cannot be solved and on other hand they are still selling this watch without informing customers about this issue which will cause errors while uploading data on personal computer.

It has been more than 5 months now since I have issue with the watch, I am still having error message, perhaps software update has not been done yet (I was advised to wait for software update on 08/05/14)

I would appreciate if TomTom collect their product back and refund my money back without further torture.

First impression on unpacking the Q702 test unit was the solid feel and clean, minimalist styling.

For work use, Microsoft Word and Excel programs pre-installed on the device are adequate for preparing short documents.

LIFEBOOK UH574

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
