Good picture, good sound.
Channel change time, no 14:9 ratio.

I purchased the Sony KDL46D3100 in 2007, has performed well with good picture quality and good sound, sadly two issues have bugged me since owning it, one, flicking through the channels (oh yes i'm one of them) it can take up 7 seconds to respond, my other T.V. (Panasonic) is allmost instantaneous, two, the Panasonic allows me to watch my 4:3 ratio video's in a slightly wider format 14:9 ratio not just, 16:9 which of course makes people look odd, so just for those two reasons the next 3 tv,s i bought (one for mother & two for other bedrooms were not sony, what did i buy, give ya one guess.

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
