    Terribly complicated installation

Poor installation using Vista, forces you to sign up for a free trial with mio***. No mobile access under remote settings, android app didn't work. Pretty much nothing went right, & I don't consider myself technologically retarded, but I do think this WD product is. Back to the shop you go!
