MY PRINTER ALL OF A SUDDEN NOT PRINTING ALL OF THE WORDS AND THE COLOURED IN IS STLL AT 23%. WISH YOU COULD ADVISE ME AS TO WHAT TO DO TO SORT THE PROBLEM, I WOULD BE

I've owned this printer for a few years now, and can't believe I was able to live without it! I am a teacher of kids who need to see color vs. b/w. I use it for adding pictures/characters to text, highlighting, and anything that will allow b/w words 'come to life' and this printer does the job. Yes, it doesn't have auto-duplex or that option, but the print quality it provides for my students makes up the difference in my time!
