I got it for $88 from Officeworks. Very happy with it except for the paper drawer which does not slide back into the frame and therefore takes up some desk space.

- ProsRicoh MPC 2050
- ConsDocu-centre 2000
I read an article about the Ricoh MPC 2050 on www.multifunctioncompare.com.au which highlights its benefits amongst its competitors.
I found this article significantly more detailed than on this sight and it highlighted different multifunction printing devices aswell that can be compared.
The xerox docu-centre range although descent are well over priced compared to the Ricoh and the Ricoh MPC 2050 has won many awards in the same category.

I bought this from Officeworks for $88 and one month later I was trying to get hold of someone at Fuji Xerox to discuss replacing it due to an error saying "NO PAPER" (it had paper, which I reloaded a million time to no avail). No one would call me back when I logged an online support request, and while logging the request I saw that my particular error code was considered a "fatal error". After no reply from FX I rang Officeworks who said they were happy to exchange or refund it if I still had my receipt (which I did). I took it back to the store where the salesperson who did the refund (and recommended a better printer) said that I was lucky to get a month's use out of it before it died. He said most of the ones returned to the store so far lasted less than a week. He said (off the record)that they are a "total piece of junk, but for $88 what do you expect?" I now have a $300 HP which is going well. DON'T BUY A FUJI XEROX DOCUPRINT M205B!!!
