    Loses ink status - says low on new cart.

Dell v515W is 17 months old - user put in brand X carts. and had problems. Bought Dell carts. now will not print, scan or copy color (all settings tested multiple times) - only black inks now. Firmware up to date; Win 7 system.

Dell and Win 7 sees carts. as near empty though only 1 week old. Got it to print 2 color pages, then no more no matter what- CHEAP is the correct descriptor here.

Stick with HP - never had one problem in 20 years of corporate and home use of HP printers.
