I can't rate it right now because I can't use it it has a erro code of 5200 &5100 keeping me from using the printer. I do workl for our church.and can't do anything, if I can't use it it is no good to me. I would rather use a lexmart printer right now. so canm get my church work done

I am having a problem with the printer, it kees bring up an erro 5200, and 5100, and won't let me print any thing. what can I do to correct it
