Just on negatives and slides (the other functions seem OK). I was using Win XP when I first got the Cannon 8400F and my scanned slides, colour 35mm Negs, B&W Negatives (3 different sizes)all came out very good. I have switched to a more powerfull machine running Win 7 64bit and downloaded Cannon toolbox from the web - now it only offers 35mm film, and doesn't allow much flexibility in the settings. I am very dissapointed knowing what this scanner did in the past!
