I previously owned two Dell laptops and decided to change to Toshiba because of their reliability ratings. I would not recommend this model to heavy computer users. I use this computer as my main computer and have owned it for five months with heavy usage and there are a number of issues that I feel would frustrate daily users. I cannot recommend this product. It is way below average, in my opinion.

As mentioned above you need to tilt back the screen to view clearly so it will reflect everything... this is most annoying if you have to work on photos or anything like that because when you tilt the screen towards you to get rid of the reflections, the pictures become completely overexposed. I just bought this after saving up for a year(i'm a student) and i'm absolutely gutted because i'm studying photography and i cant afford another one. If anyone has any suggestions they would be appreciated. I have tried adjusting brightness, colour everything but nothing works
