The battery charger is faulty

So far I've had the same problem twice regarding the charger. The little stick inside the laptop gets stick inside the actual charger. Really not happy with the laptop. It's meant to be fast blah, blah, blah... it's not really... Asus kept the computer close to a month last time to "fix" the problem... it's happened again. It's a business and university laptop so I really can't be away from it and they refuse to give me a new one or refund my money. So far, a load of crap. I will never get a computer like this again, nor an ASUS.
