-Touch screen is very bad, and non responsive.
-Slow and laggy.
-Most often have half screen something, and half screen something else.
-Constantly deleting contacts.
-No longer makes any sound what so ever.
-Lock button gets confused and doesn't lock properly.
-Will randomly delete all my settings back to default.

Worst phone I have ever had. Waste of money.

Probably not the best smartphone on the market.
You'd most likely be able to get your hands on a cheaper and higher quality smartphone.
It lacks the speed and intelligence of other models.
At times the screen becomes unresponsive, freezes and proceeds to turn itself off.
The OVI store is terrible as you have to purchase the item, they then send you a message and you must follow it up online which can be slow and tedious.
Even the qwerty keyboard is a nuisance.
Oh, and it's not touch screen, it's more like stab screen.
