Ok, gave up my S2, now that was a struggle in itself as the s2 was fantastic. The s3 , well its now my home pc as well. i purchased a $10 micro usb to hdmi adpter, connected the fone to my sammy 46 inch , hooked ny blu-tooth key/mouse to the s3 and there you go, a quad core pc. oh, threw in a new 128 gig mini sd card as well class 10. I play blu-ray from my fone to tv . Oh, the S3 even makes fone calls, but ive been so busy doing things to it that i havent had time to call anyone. My old old Iphone 4 is where phones like that are meant to go and die, as a nice glossy door stop or a speed hump in the drive. As for articles comparing s3 with htc one x, well i can confirm right now that quadcom benchmarchs show the older samsung s2 is faster than HTC one x. Face facts, Samsung has outclassed everyone and its no surprize that its taken the world by storm. " Time to load mp3 to s3, 35 seconds, time to load to iphone 12 mins. No activation itunes rubbish, no authorization apple crap. im sorry, who in their right mind would consider such a product. If you own a product, u decide what it can and cant do, not some fruit company miles away.

Although it has a lot of grunt under the hood and a wealth of gimmickry, I'm sorry but the S3 was designed by someone who has no sense of style whatsoever. It is an ugly, plasticky phone that people will buy because of its power. For this reason, I decided to go for the slightly less showy xperia s, total class all the way!
