Possibly the worst phone on the market, this piece of crap does everything to annoy and frustrate the heck out of me.
Normal daily use involves doing a hard reset - taking out the battery and re-installing - at least twice a day, but sometimes - as yesterday - 8 times.
Calls drop out for no reason and the screen lcoks up far too often.
I would never buy a Blackberry again based on this rubbish phone.
Its going in the bin tomorrow and a new phone is being bought to replace this junk.
Any phone would be better than this, and frankly I expected better from RIM, but they refuse to assist or help to fix the problem.
It did go in for repair and a software upgrade was apparently done. The only thing that changed was my complete list of contacts was gone, but the phone still performed just as badly as ever.
I am glad to be rid of this door stop once and for all.
