- ProsLoks nice
- ConsStopped charging so it sucks all round
Phone stopped taking a charge after two months. Huawei took a week to get it sent to Roadhound, their service agent. A month later Roadhound never call or write with a progress report. Huawei no help. Eventually Roadhound say phone is damaged so warranty is void, but that is 100% false and the retailer backs me up on this as they checked it too. Any damage is because it is a cheaply made handset that cannot even handle being plugged in to charge every day or so. Still arguing with them to fix it. One month, no phone. Don't ever buy Huawei. They take your money and Then offer no warranty or customer service. No wonder the government won't let them bid for the NBN. Huawei = cheap phone, crap service. Stay away!

Phone stopped working 9 days after i got it, sent it off to get fixed. got it back eventually after 3 months saying nothing was wrong with it.
and for the 9 days i did have it, the reception was poor, more then half of my incoming calls were going straight to message bank. the battery life was bad. The phone was sluggish most of the time.
Definitely wont be buying a Huawei ever again
