To Ann Kingston,
Just do a reset.

About the phone, this is the flag ship of HTC so it is the best phone out there, period.
If you guys have problems with the battery getting too hot or the battery life is too short, then just get an Anker battery, it runs super cool and last 5 to 6 more hours.
The phone itself is just brillant.

what a load of rubbish, nothing works, it freezes and it won't download anything the weather works one day out of 4 or 5. IF i could have my money back I'd accept it gladly.
It is too heavy on the battery too.

Hi, I've had the sensation xe for a while now and I have to say it is the best phone I have used. Love the phone and everything it has to offer. Processor speed is really fast and I truly liked the design. However, the battery life is less than satisfactory and the build of the earphones is really poor. The forward button came off after a week of use.

I do have a question though. My sensation xe came with iBeats and not urBeats. Anyone can comment on this?

Ok, I'm just happen to be one of the few people who uses a Mercedes bluetooth audio. So, while connecting the phone to the car's stereo, the sound comes out worse than my old phone, samsung vibrant. No doubt that it has the best sound quality while using the earphones, but I spent nearly three hours on the road, which also means three hours away from the earphones. So a software fix from the HTC will be greatly appreciated.

By now it's well known that the XE has the same processor as the original. Just the original one was downclocked to 1.2 Ghz by the firmware

Phone buyers are like kids in a candy store with these phones. Comparable phones are the Evo 3d and the Galaxy S2. The sensation is a great phone and the most attractive phone I've seen all year. What makes a phone fast is the RAM and not necessarily the processor. I current have a My touch4g which has more RAM the the Sensation. It is also faster on opening apps, and turning on the phone, and all touch screen responses. Still a great phone, I need more RAM
