Agora Smartphone 5" HD. I had this mobile for 2 weeks and it started crashing.
(A dead Android appeared on screen with Chinese writing) I rebooted the phone, same thing happened twice more over the following 2 weeks.! So unreliable! I returned it to Kogan.
My advice, if you want reliability, buy an established brand, Not Kogan.

Bought one and it worked well on all levels for a week, then I couldn't make out going calls or get in coming calls sent it back.

Credit where it’s due, Kogan e-mailed me and was happy to reimburse me provided I complied with a request they made, I chose to purchase another one in the hopes it was a one off problem … HOWEVER …

Got a new one, worked well on all levels for a few months, then couldn’t make out going calls and couldn’t get incoming calls, I didn’t sent it back. I put it on the drive way and drove the 4x4 over it and went and got a different brand, it cost a lot more but it
W-O-R-K-S. Always remember the old saying, “You get what you pay for” … Kogan, be ashamed!

In general pretty good phone
MAJOR problem with audio

Overall its a decent phone if not for the major issue with the headphone jack. My music and calls play ok through the cruddy kogan supplied headphones but distort completly with my own headphones. Even weirder though is that my headphones play great through my other devices but the kogan buds distort on my devices.

Whats going on kogan!

Excellent phone for the price.
Has crashed a few times already

Over all is a good phone. I'd compare it close to a Galaxy s4, perhaps just under. Only down side is a lack of internal storage space.

Couldn't tell you
Being sent the standard Agora smartphone instead of the HD version
• • •

I have no complaints about the ordering process and the prompt delivery except Kogan have sent me the cheaper model when I ordered and paid for the Agora HD smartphone. I immediately sent an email via their website and have had no response other than an automated receipt in 3 and a half working days.
I'll leave you to guess my customer satisfaction levels!
Having previously bought a 24" TV, I had some faith that this was a reputable company but am now far from convinced.
I will post an update if and when this gets sorted.

First impression on unpacking the Q702 test unit was the solid feel and clean, minimalist styling.

For work use, Microsoft Word and Excel programs pre-installed on the device are adequate for preparing short documents.

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
