1234 is the password in the manual. Mine has put itself on lock and now the remote won't work?

john MOUNSEY HAS THE SAME TROUBLE AS I HAVE CAN YOU TELL ME HOW TO UNLOCK the set top box

Actually the HVBT-2000 doesn't have VGA. The connector on the back is RS232 and is solely used for firmware updates.
