Campbell, I have read this review with only one question in mind - how does the BP620 2D picture quality compare with the competition, especially the DMP-BDT320, which you had found to be "exceptionally good" in that department.
However, any mention of 2D picture quality, which is the primary use of any Blu-ray player (given the limited amount of 3D content), was missing from this review.
A poor effort indeed.
