Do not waste your money on this product. Have returned it several times, then they replaced it but bacause the first one got damaged in transit they would not give me either one back until I paid for the damage! Sometimes does not record, most times when recording 2 programmes it doesn't stop recording. Freezes and has to be turned off and turned on again. NOT HAPPY

I have had so many issues with this product that I will never buy Kogan again: reception can be extremely poor, pixelation, popping sounds as the picture freezes, the EPG schedule was completely erased without any power outage. Kogan Customer Support was extremely unsupportive of my concerns and issues and has so far refused to take the product back. Thumbs down to Kogan and I will never buy from them again.
