Bough this Yesterday, today the water leaks from the bottom all over bench, and it overheats giving out plastic Odour, taking this back tomorrow.

Nespresso just does not want to let me in peace. This machine is just wonderful, and I had to get myself one, even if it would be my fifth machine. My wife LOVES the automatic capsule dispenser, since she forgets capsules a lot. I liked the beige color, it does NOT look cheap, although made in plastic. Au contraire, it looks sleek and sturdy in beige. I loved this machine!!!!

Got one extra for my office, i was expecting something smaller.
Anyway they introduced a new electronic touch activation which i got the buttons wrong everytime. You have to really look at what you are pressing.
After a week, the machine went haywire and the machine activates by itself without pressing.
Crema is less as dense as what i recieved from my Citiz machine.

In the periods of grace where this machine actually worked I really liked the coffee. The first machine lasted 1.5 weeks. Started leaking on bench, 'sizzle' sounds when next turned on and internal machine started to heat up, not sure of what I was hearing so tried to make a coffee - the machine stopped the pour before it was finished, lights started blinking, then it shorted - filling house with acrid burning plastic smoke, and actually melted the machine from the inside out and the top buckled. Machine 2 - lasted 5 days before it would jam on every 3rd or so capsule, puncturing it but not using it, had to turn machine on and off for it to spit out the capsule. Put up with that for a few days then took it back. Machine 3 - it's Sunday now, and I got this replacement machine last Thursday, used for the first time on Friday. Started leaking yesterday. Started sizzling today. Am taking it back too.
Very disappointed obviously. Someone I know has one of these machines and it works fine. I make 3 or 4 coffees a day so it's not over use. A bad batch?? Who knows. They're from the same store in the same colour so I don't know whether it's worth requesting they get new stock in to rule out the batch theory. But I have a heap of capsules I bought so It's either try new machine or upgrade to different model - which is much more expensive than I wanted to pay for a coffee machine.
